Troy's Veteran's Quilt

Great Easter weekend, especially when one can say they also delivered a quilt to a deserving Marine who just retired. Fellow Quilting Buddy, Donna, and I came up with our own design for making this quilt which has paper-piecing, appliqu, regular piecing and some hand-stitched blocks. Thanks to all our Veterans and a special thank you to Troy. Shown below the quilt are closeups of the some of the blocks and the quilting of stars and ribbons.
