When my sister donated a baby bed to the Nodaway County Missouri Museum, I thought the bed needed a doll quilt. The baby bed was made by my Great Uncle Forrest Carr for my sister and she used it for all her children. Now that she has grandchildren, she does not need the baby bed.

The quilt is made using 30's reproduction fabrics, and two blocks that are very traditional: 9-patch block and snowball block. The quilt was machine-pieced and hand-quilted and measures 20 inches by 23 inches.
