| I am a big fan of cats and when I saw this pattern (May/June 2002 issue of Quiltmaker), and noticed that the paws and ears were 3D, I knew I had to make it. The top has black embroidery stitches on the face, ears, and claws. The ears and claws are left loosely attached so a child can play with them. the quilt has outline stitches around the cats, flowers free-motioned in the center, and some mice stitched in the corners, just for fun! |
