Mary (apparently called Polly) Haines married John Fisher in 1818 in Fayette County, Ohio. They raised 7 children all born in Green Township in Clinton County, Ohio: John, Jr.(b 1820), Jane (b 1822), Nancy (b 1824), Nathan (b 1830), Rachel (b 1833), Sydney (b 1835), and James (b 1846). Clinton County is a west neighbor to Fayette County. Mary died at the age of 74 years on April 16, 1874.
