Elizabeth appears in the 1850 census as 8 years old. That is a mistake and was actually 18 years old, born in 1831 in East Montpelier. She married Andrew Jackson Hollister on December 17, 1850 in Washington County, Vermont. They had 4 children, all born in East Montpelier, Vermont: Charles P. (b 1855), Horace H. (b 1857), Ruth R. (b 1860), and Orlando K. (b 1865). They appear in the 1900 census as being married for 50 years, still in East Montpleier, Vermont. Andrew died in 1905 and she died in 1910.
