Carrie was the last of 13 children born to Paul Knapp and his wivies. Carrie married George Sargent about 1887 in Vermont. He was born in Vermont in October of 1859. They had Two children, the first, Bertha, died as an infant and Blanch L. born in July of 1893 in vermont.
